VCAT has announced a number of reforms to the Planning and Environment Division, including the establishment of a new Environment and Resources List and the introduction of Tribunal books. These books will be required when directed by the Tribunal and contain documents on which the parties intend to rely. Other reforms announced by the Tribunal include changes to application forms, initiating orders, practice notes and fact sheets.
