Latest editorials now available

On behalf of the editorial committee, we are pleased to advise the latest VCAT and PPV editorials are now available. Highlights of VCAT Vol 9 No 2 include: Tribunal’s contempt order on Corkman Hotel upheld by Court of Appeal; challenge to Minister’s approval to extend time for wind farm dismissed; host farm refused on basis activities not associated with use of land as a farm; whether a subdivision in the Green Wedge Zone contrary to its agricultural purpose; whether a condition can be imposed on a permit to prevent the breach of a covenant; and approval for two dwellings near a Major Hazard Facility.
